E-Board Meetings – The executive board meets monthly on the last Monday of the month at 3:30pm from September to June. These meetings are open to all members to observe, however only board members are allowed to vote.
DTA Annual Meeting: Our annual meeting of the association is held every May. This meeting is open to all members. At this meeting, retirees are recognized, and any changes to the Bye-laws will be voted on. The exact date in May varies.
E-Board elections: Elections for Officers are held on the first Wednesday in March. Building Reps will be elected on the third Wednesday in March.
MTA Annual Meeting: The MTA Annual Meeting is usually held at the end of April/beginning of May. You can find the exact date on the MTA Conferences and Activities page. If you would like to be a delegate, elections will be the third Wednesday in March when we hold building rep elections.
